Info about Holmstil

Shipping costs 

- Standard delivery in the Netherlands is 5 euros. The shipping time is between 2-10 workdays, but this depends on the country you live in and the stock of the product. 

- Do you live in another country? The shipping costs depend on the country where you live. You can see itthe shipping costs when you order a product. 

- We make most of our products on demand, so that can be the reason why it maybe can take a little longer to receive the product(s). Please message us if you have any problems or check your track and trace. 

The sizes and the stock

- We are a starting company, so we don't have access to all the different sizes. But you can pre order the size you need! 

- When something is out of stock, you can pre-order the product! :) The shipping time can be a bit longer when you pre-order. 

POSTNL

- Holmstil is not liable for errors from POST NL.

- Once the product has been shipped, Holmstil is no longer responsible for the product. 

- If the product has arrived , but the package is broken or the hoodie has not arrived after 7 days, you can mail (holmstil@gmail.com) or DM us (instagram: @holmstil). 

Return

- You can return the product in 14 days. This is at your own expenses and responsibility. Send us a mail (holmstil@gmail.com) or a DM (instagram: @holmstil) when something doesn’t work or if you want to return something.

Bikini´s can not be returned unfortunately. Send us a dm or mail for the size chart!

- When you return a product, it has to be in the new condition. When the product isn’t in the right condition, we have the right to refuse.
